What we do


Temple Property Services was established in 2008 as a response to the consolidation of the sector into large, multinational players and a lack of independent operators capable and willing to work directly with landlords with smaller portfolios as well as those who have asset management teams.

With Temple Property Services you are assured of a team that listens to you and is as accommodating to your requests as possible. Our clients hire us because we are experts and we will go the extra mile to protect your best interests. Every client is different – and so are their properties and even for the most experienced owners property management can be a daunting and full-time job, so we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week to support you.

Who we are


Temple Property Services comprises a small but highly experienced team of property professionals led by Christine Wall MIWFM.

Our team has over 25 years experience in managing a broad range of buildings, ranging from small rental properties of 600 sq ft to large commercial properties of more than 100,000 sq ft. We cover all commercial property from listed buildings to purpose-built modern developments.

APPROACH

On hand and hands on


Many of our clients are landlords who may own one or two properties and are unlikely to operate from the premises in question. For these clients we offer the complete service from tenant relationship management to health and safety requirements.

What makes us truly unique is our approach to property management. It involves listening to our clients and fully accommodating their requests, as opposed to giving them a list of services to subscribe to.

Our objective

Our objective is to understand our clients’ requirements from their point of view. With Temple Property Services there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all solution. We take time to listen, understand and put together a flexible service, which is unique to you.

We produce organic vegetable boxes that are affordable, seasonal, and as fresh and local as possible.

We listen

We listen to the suggestions and concerns of the tenants as we treat them as customers too. This often requires us to act as the middle person as unhappy tenants are likely to leave causing unnecessary disruption and cost to the Landlord, unlike many property agents, we see this as an essential part of our role.

Long-term relationships

We take the same approach to appointing and managing our contractors. Whilst we are always happy to listen to new business pitches from potential suppliers, we are proud of the fact that most of our contractors have worked with us for years and will go above and beyond to ensure the job gets done effectively.
